There is a wonderful article in the latest issue of "Fine Woodworking" Oct 05 about using the foam brushes for varnishing. I love using the foam brush due to the "easy" clean up. The author gives great tips on how to get a bubble free varnish finish. I wish I had this artical available when I had hull #301. Not much to varnish now. Harvey
