Are there any zincs on a Yanmar 4JH2E? If there are where are they?

There are no zincs on our engine. Not like the Universal engines they put in older Catalinas, Yanmar's were designed as a marine engine with no need for a zinc. It is also much less prone to overheating, than the Universals.
