Anyone know of a source for a swim ladder for a Mark I? The last time I checked with the factory, only ladders for the Mark II were available.

I recall that Norm was sporting a nice rail mounted deck step or ladder made by Garhauer.

Garhauer makes a nice dock step. I haven't seen a swim step from them.

Try a company called Railmakers in S. Calif. They made all the bow/stern rails for the 42. I think they also made the boarding ladders. They still make those pieces for the Mark I and the Mark II.
Can't find their contact info in my file, but I would guess they have a web site and certainly Catalina has the contact info. MJK Splash Dancer II #94 PS: Found the info... Railmakers, Inc., Costa Mesa, CA 949-642-6506 |
