Resolve C42 MKII |
Mystery Item |

|
Everyone loves a good mystery......This item ("bag") was found on Resolve in it's original plastic wrapping. It is brand new! The PO doesn't
remember what it is for......I'll hoist a beer to the first person who can identify this item.

Looks like a cover for the companionway wash boards.

I second that assessment. It is the cover to the hatch boards. We mounted ours (in a 3 Cabin) in the aft stateroom on the panel under the seat by the
locker. That is where we keep the hatch boards when not in use. Works real well.

Tino & Tom,
That is what we thought but with only one pocket inside with no dividers we thought it might be for something else. Thanks for the replies

You are right, it would be nicer to have dividers. What we did was add self stick felt pads to each of the inside corners of the hatch (you can find these at
Home Depot.) That way they stack from large to small without scratching. And when installed, the felt pad protects the gel coat in the hatchway.
