She is well founded, and I have sailed her extensively in the last three years, including six trouble free Chesapeake to Florida round trips. This is not a fire sale, but someone who wants one of these boats, very well equipped, in good state of repair without breaking the bank, would be able to enjoy her without major additional investment, monetarily or time wise, at a fraction of the price of a new one. Posts: 477 08/20/08 17:46:36	Well, The boat formerly known as Lady Kay has found a new home. After I hauled out last fall, I took all our personal belongings off, and left her on the hard this summer to save on storage, and to facilitate showing and thus sale. I am pleased to say that in this difficult market the boat did OK for me. Not great, but OK and much better than many other sail boats. We're not even going to mention power boats. She seems happy with her new owners and the prospect of going "down island". I know she likes big salt water, and I know she'll treat her new owners well. Her enthusiasm showed when EVERYTHING worked for the surveyor...... After re-reading my posts above, I can say I ended up on the far end of my "next boat" scale. I am in lust with the Corsair F-27. Fast, enough comfort to do short trips with the Admiral, or longer by myself or with a friend or kid, and I can park it in the back yard. If anyone hears of a fixer-upper.......
