Steve,
Have you checked with Catalina Parts?? They normally have the best prices and they do have inner spring mattresses. 818.884.7700

I called Catalina Direct. Is that the same as Catalina Parts? Catalina Direct said you had to buy the entire set for the boat at a cost of about $2,500.

Catalina Direct is completely independent from Catalina Yachts. Call 818-884-7700 and ask for the parts department.

Check out www.foamite.com. They will cut a mattress for you out of your choice of foam. For a small fee they will also cut and sew a cover.
We chose this method to augment the pullman cushion on TPO and found it to be perfectly acceptable for comfort and durability. At ~$300 for 4 inch, high density, flame retardant rubber foam it was a fraction of a custom spring mattress. I almost went down the custom route, but I balked at the $1700 price tag. However I actually used the kit supplied by HMC mattresses to measure and cut the template. Addison
