I found a system and it works great for me even when I am alone. I loosen the back stay all the way till it is just hanging on. I haven't had to loosen the shrouds in the past. I raise the roller drum until it exposes the top of the turnbuckle and attached a cinch knot at that point with about 8 ft of lead. I then take one of my spinnaker halyards and attach it to my bow pupit and tighten fairly tight. Then I take my second spinnaker halyard and make five or six wraps around the the rollerfuring and the first spinnaker halyard and the snug this up tight as well. This keeps the rollerfuring from sagging too far when you disconnect it. I attach a block to one of the inner holes on the deck attachment for the forstay. I attach a second block to a small pennat I left when I made my cinch not at the top of the turnbuckle. Using a block that has a cam cleat makes the really easy. I then run a line through both blocks and use this to both disconnect at attach my forstay I can then detach both spinnaker halyards and can move the whole system back, reattach is just reverse.

It is a lot easier than it sounds and it works great.
