Does this position include hosting the site or does it just require being webmaster to a remote site?

The association pays for a commercial hosting service (from funds generated by annual membership dues). We are looking for someone with experience to generate
a new site from scratch. Take a look at some of the other Catalina Association sites such as c34.org or catalina36.org for idea on what a new site could
contain.
