The vinyl wrap that was provided with #836 is almost impossible to get on. The wood wrap looks great in the photo.
: It is wood and it is wrapped around a frame on the overhead and mast base. It can be removed quite easily with only 5 screws for inspection. My shipwright did the work and as I recall was quite reasonable. It looks like a million bucks.

No indulgence. It is always good to see what other people are doing. Your pictures are very timely for me since we are planning on throwing some money at a
carpenter soon to do some of the things you have. Can you tell me some more about the mast cover. I have the standard factory vinyl cover. Yours looks like it
is wood.
