After a lot of tugging, pulling and heating with no success I cut the @#$%^ hoses off with a dremel tool. Cut vertically down the hose making sure you do not cut the barb. The hoses came off with almost no work.

Replacing the hoses with a lot of liquid soap and a 1850 watt hair dryer made short work of the rest.

I still need to get a hose from the macerator to the ball valve, looks like 1'' or perhaps 3/4".
