        <![CDATA[ It only took me two years to find the reason my aft head was filling with water while sailing hard to weather on a port tack.  The reason was a mystery to all
I asked but was simple in the end.  The aft head sink would siphon from the thru hull and fill up the basin.  When we leveled out the sink would empty and I
had no idea where the water was coming from until I saw it full of water while underway.


Has anyone else had this issue?  1994 2 cabin layout.

the problem by installing a one-way valve in the sink drain. It will at least double the time it takes for the sink to drain, easily clog, AND will put you
more at risk for accidental sinking with two more hose connections (valve IN and OUT) being below the water line. <strong>Best solution</strong>…the simple
sink stopper. You may... ]]></description>
