From the appearance of the letter, it seems that this is a Quantum sail and not a Catalina sail. Is this sail still available? if so Can you please clarify your terminology of reefing, we reef mains out here and "furl" head sails I am hoping this is what you mean ie, the sail has a Luff Rope to fit into the aluminium extrusion on the forestay, mine being a Scheafer.
I would have to check some freight costs but it may be viable. Is the sail a genuine Catalina product?
